Some days ago, Xeggex was compromised and lost its databases.
This event impacted Onix in our side since it is the only exchange apart from us that has Onix markets, and our dynamic price index for this particular asset relied on the listing in CoinPaprika, which pulled market information from Xeggex.
Because of this, Onix conversion rates in our indexes stalled.
We had to cancel all open orders from/to Onix on our side.
If you want to buy or sell Onix, you'll have to set a specific price point until Xeggex has the markets back online or Onix is added to other exchanges recognized by CoinPaprika.
We're sorry for taking this measure, but we can't do anything on our side to mitigate it.
