HTML related orders cancelled

Permalink Report to webmaster

Some days ago we noticed that HTMLcoin is no longer available on CoinMarketCap and CoinGecko - our primary sources of market indexes.

This issue disrupted most HTML buy/sell orders.

Since HTMLcoin is listed in Xeggex and Xeggex is present in CoinPaprika, we switched it over and successfully got the latest price of it.

But we had to close all HTML related orders, since they got stuck at an old price, and a user notified us about problems trying to fill an existing order.

We're sorry for having to take this measure, but it was necessary.

If you want to post orders for HTML, you can do it now. They'll be updated to the latest price, as long as HTMLcoin keeps being listed in CoinPaprika and prices are updated.

Note: some orders for HTML against fiat were stuck because neither the maker and the taker concluded them. Those were paused. We strongly recommend the makers to abort those trades and close the orders, then, re-submit them.
